Booking procedure

Thank you for your enquiry. 
  • Once the booking day and time is reserved, an invoice and Terms and Conditions will be sent by email for your completion. 
  • Once  payment and signed T & C's are received, (including the $200 refundable bond) the booking is confirmed. 
  • The key card will be available for collection at St Heliers Community Centre office located at 100 St Heliers Bay Road,St Heliers.
  • The key should be returned during office hours (9am -5pm Mon - Fri), the day after your event. Following a site inspection of the venue, the bond will be refunded to you.
  • A Floor Plan and a Leaving Checklist for leaving the centre as well as the Alcohol Policy are available to download.
  • Bouncy Castle Operation

Main Hall 

Cost:
Monday - Friday (regular activities) $25.00 incl gst per hr including kitchen 

Saturday and Sunday (One off bookings) $45.00  incl gst per hr including kitchen 

Rainbow Room 

Monday - Friday (regular activities) $25.00 incl gst per hr including kitchen and fenced outdoor play area

Saturday and Sunday (One off bookings) $35.00  incl gst per hr including kitchen and fenced outdoor play area. 

*Hires must vacate the premises no later than 9.30pm  including clean up.
